  • 11:00 Larry’s Coffee Wake-up call! From the start, Larry of Larry’s Beans and Coffee House was all about taking time with his roasts and treating blends like his own drinkable art form. Learn more about how to make the perfect cup and sample some of Larry’s 15 creative blends and 15 single-origin blends at TriangleToday’s Cooking Stage Sunday, February 25 at 11 a.m.
  • Noon and 4 p.m. Glean’s Tasty with a Bonus! Laura Hearn and Will Kornegay are siblings and co-founders of Glean, a company that takes imperfect or ugly veggies left in the fields and has them processed into milled powders (think beets) and flours (think pumpkins and sweet potatoes) that can be used to increase the nutritional value in baked goods, smoothies and soups.

“Glean superfood powders are an excellent way to boost the nutrition and flavor of almost any dish,” Kornegay says. “From adding beet powder to smoothies, using sweet potato flour as a meat breader or supplementing pumpkin flour in baked goods, you can easily up your intake of veggies while creating a delicious meal. They are extremely versatile and serve as the perfect alternative for every day eating or for gluten-free, paleo and vegan diets.”
