Community Connector: Mike Phillips continues to put men to work

Mike Phillips and his crew, mostly men who have served time in prison and are working to improve their lives, have been washing cars and cracking jokes in the Raleigh community for over 29 years.

They call themselves Men at Work. And it’s more than a car wash; Phillips brings people together. He’s a community connector. Learn more about how Men at Work has a positive influence here.

Phillips recently had to move the business, again, from downtown Raleigh to Tryon Road between Raleigh and Garner so look for the crew there. They won’t be hard to find.
