If you haven’t seen “You Are Here” at Raleigh’s NC Museum of Art, time is running out.

The exhibition closes Sunday, July 22. But night owls can take advantage of special extended hours the final weekend.

On Friday, July 20, and Saturday, July 21, the museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. That’s well past its usual closing times of 9 p.m. Fridays and 5 p.m. Saturdays.

“You Are Here: Light, Color, and Sound Experiences” consists of 15 immersive installations of large-scale works in light, sound, video and more. It includes Japanese conceptual artist Yayoi Kusama’s “Light of Life,” which the museum bought this spring for its permanent collection.

Since opening in April, “You Are Here” has drawn paid attendance of around 80,000. That puts it among the museum’s all-time Top 10 shows for attendance.
