Rebecca Hoover, chief operations officer of the Trophy Brewing restaurants, told me the tot goodness is back just for this weekend. “Get ’em while they last,” she said.
Busy Bee provided some good times from the time it opened in 2009. The change was an expansion of the Trophy Brewing Co. brand, which started as a small brewery and pizza place on Morgan Street in 2013 and added a large production brewery and taproom on Maywood Avenue south of downtown Raleigh at the end of 2015.
When they closed Busy Bee earlier this year, co-owner Chris Powers said they were “leaning towards” not keeping tots on the menu.
But for this weekend they’re back. And looking good. See you there.
