Builders shine at local Parade of Homes

Built by Arthur Rutenberg, the home at 7901 Sagewood Court in North Ridge took a Gold award and one perfect score.

The Jim Allen Group is proud to have represented 34 builders at the annual Parade of Homes events this month. The area’s largest open house event took place in various locations spanning from Youngsville to Mebane, mainly covering Wake County. Homes ranged in price from $250,000 to $2.3 million, so there was plenty to see for all needs and budgets.

Regarding the quality of participating builders, Jim Allen, president of the Jim Allen Group, said, “Each year we are inspired by the quality of construction and dedication our building community delivers to the market — and the Parade of Homes is a great way to showcase all of the hard work. We also enjoy witnessing firsthand the comradery and competitive spirit of the entire building community during this time.”
